NexBio ("we", "us", or "our") is an iOS application currently in development that helps users properly prepare for blood tests by providing personalized prep protocols, a 200+ confounder database, a bloodwork journal, and smart retest timing reminders.

2. Information We Collect

On this website (nexbio.app):

• Email address — when you sign up for early access. We use this solely to send you product updates, launch announcements, and your free PDF checklist.

In the NexBio iOS app (when launched):

• Health & lab data — biomarker results, test dates, supplement information, and prep preferences that you manually enter. This data is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.
• Notification preferences — your chosen reminder times for test preparation. Stored locally.
• App usage data — anonymous, aggregated statistics (e.g., which features are used most) to improve the product. No personal identifiers are attached.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To send early access updates and launch announcements to subscribers
• To deliver the free "Top 25 supplements & foods that ruin common blood tests" PDF
• To notify you about your NexBio subscription and billing (when the app launches)
• To improve app features based on anonymous usage patterns

We will never use your email for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with data brokers.

4. Your Health Data

NexBio is built on a privacy-first principle. Your blood test results, biomarker history, supplement lists, and health notes are stored exclusively on your device using local storage. We do not have access to this data and it is never transmitted to our servers.

If you choose to enable iCloud backup on your device, Apple may back up this data according to Apple's own privacy policy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• Email delivery — we use a transactional email provider to deliver emails to subscribers. They process your email address solely for delivery purposes.
• Legal requirements — if required by law or valid legal process.

6. Cookies & Tracking

This website does not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel.

The only technical data we may log is standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, request time) for security and performance monitoring. These logs are not used for profiling and are deleted regularly.

7. Data Retention

• Email subscribers — your email is retained until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
• App data — all data stored in the app is under your full control. You can delete it at any time from within the app or by deleting the app from your device.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Deletion — request that we delete your email from our list
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
